FRIENDS
Friends are Friends, without any Ends.
They will be with us, unconditionally.
When we are funny, they have fun with us.
When we are boring, they laugh us out.
When we are annoying, they try to understand us.
When we are depressed, they set things right for us.
When we feel lonely, well sorry...... they never leave us alone.
When we call for them, they never see times, places, reasons, logic and ethics.
They just come and stand for us even though it is against this world.
These Friends make our life beautiful, amazing and lifelike.
There comes a time when we are not able to share our situations even with our family members.
Here is when these Friends come to rescue.
They unburden our heart, hold our hand, throw their arms on our shoulder and embrace us as the way we are.
Without such Friends life is nothing but a mere chain of days, months and years.
True Friendship is never limited to relations, religions, regions and responsibilities.
It follows us across all of our ups and downs like the sky, sun, stars and breeze.
It is never affected by egos, envies, greed, misunderstandings and compulsions.
True Friendship is a blessing which our God gives us for our merits.
And if you are reading this now, then yes, you are one of those Gems of Friendship who are too precious to loose ever.

Job Analysis made easy..
Do you want to rate your current job out of 10?
Or is it like you have got a new job offer and you are now stuck in confusion whether to accept it or to just stay on the current job.
And you are hampered by plethora of questions:
Is the new job more good than my current ones?
Or is my existing job actually beneficial for me in the long run?
Both jobs look similar to me in terms of satisfaction, but are they really?
And you are hampered by plethora of questions:

The above situations are very likely to everyone in their life, especially to new job-seekers when they have to decide which job to pick on.
I was in such confused state for several days.
Finally after being fed up of the confusion, I decided to build something which can help me to take the right decision.
I realized that mere pen and paper were not fully capable of doing the job analyses.
Out of this realization, I have begot this worksheet.
And now thanks to this, I will never have to be in a dilemma where there would be a job comparison.
And neither shall you, because I am sharing the file with you. ;)
I hope it serves your purpose fully.

Steps for the Analysis:
1. Open the above link in a web browser on your Desktop / Laptop (mobile operating is strainful)
2. Click on "Edit in Browser" at the top right of the page.
3. Enter your Job Title and Company details (only if you need).
4. Select all the 8 inputs as per the questions.
5. For the 8th input, go to the next sheet named "Work-Life Analysis".
6. Return to the main sheet "Job Analysis" and enter the last input (8th).
7. Voila! now you know your job rating!
8. If you find any of the input ratings in red, then you need to think upon that input (job factor).
And in case of green, you need to be thankful.

5) Rearranging the topics and points.
6) Another round of skimming for lessening the text and page length of the Notebook.
7) Creating Table of Contents.
8) Writing the Preface.

Proportions..
I had a friend, and I called her Ms. Beautiful..
Whenever she talked, she talked so wonderful..
With a face of Queen, she had a golden voice..
And her smile was like, a life lived twice..
When she was with me, I never got bored..
A bunch of happiness, yes, she always stored..
She was a woman, of some delicate moods..
Yet she was fierce, as a lioness in the woods..
She was my favorite, of all the seasons..
To disturb her every while.. I sought reasons..
She was my first thought, of every dawn, every night..
She became my first approach, in every plight..
Her coquettes, her tantrums, made her more adorable..
She was a person with whom, life was so desirable..
She was very friendly, but still I was afraid of her..
There was a fear, maybe the fear of losing her..
And before I could catch, a hold of her hand..
We parted away, with the flow of sand..
Left were some memories, and some emotions..
Both smile and tears, in equal proportions..
